Palak Paneer

# 500gm Palak (spinach)

# 250 gm Paneer (cottage cheese)

# 1 large onion

# 4-5 cloves of garlic

# 1 piece ginger

# Salt to taste

# 2 large Tomatoes

# 1/2 spoon sabji masala

#1/2 spoon turmeric

#2 green chilli

# coriander powder

# 1 spoon Oil

Preparation:  Wash spinach, green chilli and tomato thoroughly. And grind it in mixer grinder. ( few people boil spinach and tomatoes before grinding it , so you may choose as you wish) Finely chop onion, garlic, ginger.


Take a pan , add oil to it. Bring it to heat now add mustard seeds to it. When mustard seeds starts producing cracking sound add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and keep stirring till it turns light brown. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder , salt and sabji masala. After 1 min Add Paneer to this and mix it well. Keep the lid and let it cook till the paneer turns golden brown. Now add the grinded spinach, tomato and green chilli. Let it cook for 15 min. While you may keep stirring it occasionally. Take the mixture in the serving bowl, you can garnish it with cream and butter. Your healthy palak paneer is ready to be served. Enjoy
